Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.


How to Start a Return
Contact us at encouragingthetruth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do NOT ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
